In a mixing bowl,
combine 2 cups of flour, 1 cup of milk, one egg, and a pinch of salt. In a
frying pan over medium-high heat, pour oil to coat the bottom of the pan. Use a
spoon to pour batter on the hot pan for each pancake. Cook until tiny bubbles
